Victoria was very responsive and accommodating. Although the product is already personalised, she was able to add extras like a birthday balloon to make it even more special and memorable. I love that you also have the option to add a personalised card and gift box to match and the cocktail recipe is a really sweet addition. Victoria was also kind enough to post my order out with faster delivery to ensure I received it on time as it was a birthday present. The tumbler came packaged well so there was no concern of it arriving damaged. It is a beautiful gift with lots of detail and high quality. Perfect as a stocking stuffer!
This seller was the only one that offered this type of cup. We have one that cracked and leaked after years of use. It was on the 2nd grandchild when it started leaking.
This new one is darling and personalized. Honestly it is just a plastic cup with an attached "crazy" straw. But it was exactly what I was looking for and worth the price to make a little person so happy.
